One representative example: not urgent, one order, 5 km by road. The same whether it's a $20 phone case or a $400 coffee machine. Longer trips cost more, by the kilometre. You see your own estimate before you request, and the final figure is reconciled against the runner's receipt.

A runner has to accept your request before anything happens. We don't promise a delivery time, and a request nobody accepts costs nothing.
Check your store's collection rules first. Some only release an order to someone you've nominated in their app, and your runner's name is shared once they accept.
