A personal shopping and errand marketplace. Local runners publish upcoming shopping trips — a "Stop" — and you add a request for anything you need from that trip. It's shopped during the Stop's window and delivered to your door. Need something that's not part of an open Stop? Send a custom pickup or errand request instead — a Marketplace or Gumtree pickup, a dedicated store run, or anything else — and we'll quote it separately.
We publish upcoming "shopping stops" — a store, a time window, and a cutoff time. Submit your request against an open stop before its cutoff, and we'll shop it during that window.
It depends on the stop's schedule — your items are bought during the stop's time window, then delivered after. Check the stop you're requesting against for its exact window and cutoff.
In two parts, both by card — we don't take cash. Once a runner accepts your request, you pay a 50% deposit of your estimated total. Your shopper starts as soon as it's confirmed. The balance is due on delivery. Your total is the items plus the shopping fee, the delivery fee and a service fee on your basket — all of them itemised before you confirm, and set out on the Pricing page. We reconcile against the actual receipt either way, so if the shop comes in under your estimate you pay less, and we'll never go over your maximum budget without checking with you first.
No — a stop can be a supermarket, a shopping centre, a specific area like your local CBD, or any other destination, not just a fixed list of retailers. Check the footer for this week's open stops, or send a custom request from the New Request page if you don't see what you're after.

Not currently — our shopping stops don't include a pharmacy yet. If that's something you need, get in touch and let us know; we're always evaluating new stores based on demand.
That's normal — prices, sales, and availability change. We reconcile against your real receipt after shopping: if it came in lower, you get the difference back; if it came in higher, we'll follow up with you rather than just charging more.
Yes — up to 20kg per request, though the actual limit depends on the settings of the runner assigned to your request. Runners have different vehicle sizes, so some cap themselves lower than that — the New Request form always shows the real limit for the stop you've picked. If your list is heavier than that, split it into two requests.
Get in touch as soon as you can — if an item's wrong, damaged, or missing, we'll sort a refund or replacement for that item. We'd rather fix it than have you stuck with something you didn't order.
Keeping communication in-app protects both customers and runners — if there's ever a dispute, the in-app message thread is what we check first to sort it out. Messages sent outside the app can't be verified, so we may not be able to act on them.

A local runner — someone already heading to the stop, shopping your request alongside their own trip. As the network grows, every runner goes through an identity check before they're able to take on requests.
Yes. The runner pays for your items at the register out of their own funds, then gets that back in full — along with their shopping and delivery fee, less the platform's share of it, and every cent of any tip — once the order is delivered and your balance is settled. Your deposit is held by OzRunnr until then rather than passed to the runner upfront, which is what lets us refund it in full if the order can't be completed.
We're growing our network of local runners — head to the Become a Runner page to see what you'll need and apply. One thing worth knowing before you start: runners cover the cost of a customer's shopping at the register and are reimbursed, with their earnings, once the order is delivered and paid.
