No subscriptions, no surprise charges. You only pay for what you order, plus the fees below — all of them itemised before you confirm.
In two parts, both by card — we don't take cash. Once a runner accepts your request you pay a deposit, worked out from your estimated total (item cost + shopping fee + delivery fee) and capped at the maximum budget you set. Your shopper starts as soon as it's confirmed received. The balance is due on delivery. Once we've done the shopping we reconcile against the actual receipt — refunding you if it came in under, or following up if it came in over (we'll never go over your maximum budget without checking with you first).
If it doesn't work out
You get every cent of your deposit back if we can't complete your order, or if you cancel before shopping starts — no questions asked.
Item cost is separate — you're only charged for what things actually cost at the store, based on your receipt.
